Well this episode was a Zeb and Chopper episode with no sign of the main cast, It was a bit of a inconsistant episode, but the middle 10 minutes or so was really well done with them hunting the episode villain and Imperial Infiltrator droid
[spoilers]
The dynamic between AP-5 Chopper and Zeb was really well done and AP-5 took some really good shots at Zeb, basically offering to teach Zeb to read and count.
The Killer Robot looks like it was taken from the early C-3PO concept sketches but its not so cute when it transforms into a 7 foot killbot. The sequence when our hero is hunting the droid and following its blood trail and seeing it ripping parts out of other droids to repair itself, felt like this droid was more of a predator then anything else.
Interesting plan by Thrawn to shoot out a bunch of probe droids to search for the rebel base, and investigating the planets where the probe droids don't report back. Simple but probably effective. You Thrawn with a fleet of Star Destroyers now and he's indicated that the time for studying the rebels is over.
We saw more of Kallus as Fulcrum which was nice, his little smirk when the Star Destroyer blew up thanks to Zeb's plan was pretty satisying. [/spoiler]
With half a season to go, this felt like a filler episode before we more onto the Darksaber story line which should be Sabine heavy.
Not a bad episode, not a great episode but it reminds you that Zeb isn't just a cardboard cutout mumbling Carablast all the time.
