If it's stated that it's 16 oz presumably it costs 80% of what it would have cost if it had been 20 oz so I don't see that as a big deal, similar to everyone going to 5 oz glasses of wine, keeps the price down. I agree calling it a pint without specifying that it's 16 oz is wrong but that's not legal per liquor rules. Never mind calling the feds complain to the AGLC it will get much faster results.
