S&B brand is what I buy, which you can find at Asian grocery stores and I recommend it. The directions are in Japanese but use Google translate and it's easy. It's just dried cubes of curry splendor!

In the same vein, but Glico curry sauce from Japan is about the easiest curry to make out there, and is super delicious. It's more than just a paste - add some veggies and water and you're finished.
