The most recent sighting in Garrison: Victoria cross at Mermansk way. We're not sure if it's him. We need a picture or something because some people are calling it a lab, which makes the hair too short to be Steve. He is wearing 2 collars, so that makes him identifiable. Again: don't chase!!!! he is freaked and running fast.
