It crosses a dangerous line when some scumbag MLM sells a machine that promises health benefits but can actually do significant harm to the user.
Its dirtbaggery at its best, your friends a dupe and probably invested a ton of money buying these machines and as such he or she is a bit of a victim. But FFS people do some actual research.
