PI in the endzone is spotted at the 2 every time. Wouldn't change even if they committed PI 99 times in a row, so long as it occurred in the end zone. NFL would be different, you'd keep getting half the distance. But in college it keeps reverting to the 2. Now in this scenario they'd only have to commit PI once because it drains the clock to one or two seconds, and then Clemson either goes for the win, or plays for OT. But you'd need a coach really on the ball to know that, and signal that to his team or call timeout. I mean I didn't think of it right away, only when I saw people pointing it out did it make sense.
