My dad used to tow us on a tube behind a car at my cabin and rip around the streets. I was 8 and the middle person of 3 and couldn't hold on as he whipped us around the cul-de-sac, ended up going flying off and down a hill.
There used to be a crazy wooden park at Deer Run Elementary School. It was in 4 different sections that were all different heights. Tallest was close to 3 stories and all connected by monkey bars. We would pretty much parkour all over that thing. They also had metal slides which became fracking smoking hot in the summer and burn you as you slid down.
If I could hunt down the blue prints I would love to build it again.
