Trust me they were stupid and it got worse when they replaced the concrete with thousands of pieces of sharp gravel.
I did do a monkey slip on it once when I was showing off for a girl that I had a crush on and pile drove myself into the ground below and knocked myself loopy.
She didn't want to have anything to do with me after that.
My luck in showing off for girls when I was younger was legendarily bad.
