If I remember correctly, Centre Street Church or some massive church just off Centre St / Edmonton Tr. by 32nd Ave has a massive parking lot with no concrete blocks. It was a dream to do donuts in. I think anywhere though that doesn't have a ditch or any obstacles would be fine to sort of understand the dynamics of the vehicle, like braking distance on ice/snow and whatnot. It would be good to be able to get up to a normal highway speed to let her get the experience of an emergency and having to brake hard and how the car responds. Other good stuff would be to teach her about getting unstuck and changing a tire, if she doesn't already know.
