Its funny that some here seem intimidated by Suzuki's educational successes, awards, and ultimately his status. Like somehow they discredit him because he is simply in some other stratosphere who had awards handed to him and has no grip on reality. Shouldn't we be trying to learn something from someone who has dedicated his life to science and environmentalism, rather than being intimidated by him because he has more money and degrees? He hasn't gotten that recognition for nothing, it takes a lifetime of dedication and hard work. I honestly think people get upset at guys like Suzuki because they know there's truth to what he says and they feel guilty about driving their new SUV's on their commute to work everyday. Its hard to look in the mirror sometimes.
