I only stepped into this role because otherwise it'd be a Trump bash 24/7, and I think he does indeed have some good policies for Americans, (not Canadians). And clearly voting Americans agree.
Most analysis on trade shows while specific sectors of the economy are hurt by free trade the average individual benefits. So while his policies might appear to "Save Jobs" they do so by increasing the cost of goods for the rest of Americans.

I agree that their energy sector will benefit. I don't think Canada will be negatively affected by this though. Our policies relative to the US policies will matter but Canada has the power to mitigate that.

Voting Americans do not clearly agree. That would imply some sense of majority of the citizens who voted. A more correct statement would be that the US electoral system selected Donald trump to be its representative in an election. Your statement here is like saying clearly voting Canadians support Trudeau. Its not really true.
