If it meant a guarantee that I would get my kids back I would let the authorities handle it. First one. Totally legit, cheap and no room for repercussions.
And I don't understand. The first scenario is described like a Bin Laden sort raid suggesting non compliance from the father whilst the second suggests compliance? Is he willing to let the kids return to Canada freely?
