I do see where your coming from, and yes if Alberta stopped using gas all together, I'm sure we would have more money, but be realistic. It doesn't matter who buys our resources from us...the 'remainder' simply doesn't exist. We don't use the gas we have here for ourselves first, then send the leftovers elsewhere...and even if we did, businesses would still profit beause the price they sell at is a constant.
