Not going to happen. Jays have 21M dollars tied up in Smoak, Morales, and Pierce which all fit the DH/1B profile. There's simply no room for Votto on this team.
If the Jays bring back Bautista, there's not going to be anymore additions to this team other some scrubs to fill out the bullpen and a backup catcher to challenge Jimenez.
