I bought a memory foam topper from costco to deal with a similar issue once. It bought me another year, but didn't really fix anything, basically just laid a new mattress on top of an old one... I would just buy a new mattress next time.
With that said, on such a 'new' mattress, this should work itself with rotation I would hope. If not I would be pushing for a warranty replacement like crazy,
