My king size memory foam mattress is 3 yrs old now and it seems to have developed a dip where my wife and I sleep. Looking online in regards to warranty the dip is not enough for them to do anything about it.

I sleep on my stomach so these dips are starting to hurt my back.

Who has had this problem in the past? What did you do? Is it fixable somehow?
