I remember how huge everything seemed to be as a child. Always remember my elementary school being gigantic but going back later to realize how small it actually was.

Whitespot was another place that I remembered being super big and super dark but realizing later that it was neither.

I remember being in my room, listening to Peter Maher on 66 CFR or QR97 (I think?) during Flames games and pretending to be Mike Vernon with a ball cap as a glove and one of those bouncy balls as a puck.

I remember being a very young child and taking trips to Saskatoon with my mom when my dad wasn't able to go, to visit our family friends via Greyhound bus. Loved going there but hated the bus ride.

I remember lying down underneath the Christmas tree for hours in the evening staring up into the lights.

I remember our family's weekend routine, which would be swimming lessons and the library on Saturdays and grocery shopping and dim sum lunch with friends in Chinatown on Sundays, followed by dinner at our house Sunday evening when everyone would come over in the afternoon, the parents would play mahjong in the afternoon while the kids played until dinner time.
