I know you are being facetious but I'm willing to bet most teams would rather have Cook. Heck the Raiders had to trade up to get him before the Cowboys as he's the guy they wanted over Dak Prescott.
I'm pretty sure Elway has plans on Paxton Lynch being the future starter maybe as early as next season so I doubt they use another 1st round pick on a QB. There are no quick fixes for offensive lines though as it's very expensive to plug those holes in free agency and it takes time to draft and develop linemen. They should be taking the best offensive lineman available at 20th for sure though.
