Car A uses 333 gallons
Car B uses 400 gallons -> 777 more than Car A
Car C uses 286 gallons -> 47 less gallons than Car A
That is what I call a dumb measurement.

edit: you're just dealing with % difference better or worse rather than flat like L/100km, would just be nice if all of NA used the same ratio order. just make it so the better car mileage is always going up or always going down if you know what I mean.
