After earlier staking my vote of confidence for Chad I was quite disappointed last night over the 2nd and 3rd goals, both of which I thought were very stoppable pucks. Brodie appears to have the pass cut off, so why retreat all the way back into the blue paint? Hate being scored on far-side with the puck on the natural-shot wing, it just means bad positioning for the goalie. And that's something Johnson takes pride in.
On the third goal - Ferland's fault for letting Rakell get past him and Wideman's fault for even taking the delay of game. But if Johnson has that skate against the post rather than leaving a foot-wide gap on the short side, then that puck stays out.
