Elliott is starting to show that he might be a worthy 1B goaltender who can take on the bottom feeder teams which is awesome, but he hasn't been tested enough or faced quality competition lately. Until then Johnson is still the 1A. GG trying to build Elliott's confidence against 28th - 30th place teams doesn't change that.
