It's probably 1/5 of a second at the mix in the truck. That's about what it was on the videos I took from the Flames own site which I made into the video displaying the issue. Then the problem is likely made worse over the broadcast by the time it gets to your TV through Shaw. And it's not something that plagues Oilers or Canucks broadcasts.
