I'm not blaming it, I'm saying it's not a surprise, because *gasp* the past comes around to play a part in the present. I'm not going to be shocked if my liver fails at the age of 60 because I drank when I was 30.
It's nothing to do with being safe behind the confines of a computer screen, anyone who knows me would tell you my opinion stands in person.
You're completely fine with every example except Carrie Fisher? That's what went too far? It's pretty well established that cocaine isn't exactly conducive to the heart's function.
And to the 'meh', 'cold' or 'inhumane' response; the day on the calendar matters? It wouldn't matter if it's the middle of July, I didn't know any of those people. My sentiment would be "meh" any time of year.
