The audio delay appears to stem from the difference in the normal live camera and the other angles used due to the superimposed ads that appear with the normal camera.
I believe Millions said the same thing earlier.
You can see the difference when they switch from the normal camera to a zoomed in or lower-corner camera and the players have suddenly jumped forward in time. Those camera have the true live audio while the normal one is off as a result of the advertisements.
The nice thing for me is I usually have the ability to use the live camera from the other team's broadcast so I can remove the ads entirely.

Look how far away Brodie is from the puck in the normal camera, then suddenly when it switches to a truly live camera, Brodie already has the puck.
