Never stayed at this property, but unless you (and the entire hockey team) have at least Gold Hilton honors status*--or you book a room that includes breakfast as part of its rate---breakfast will not be free. So I'd avoid it just for that reason alone.
* And this further presumes that you have selected breakfast instead of points as your preferred amenity benefit.
