The reffing wasn't even bad tonight. One team was moving their feet, and the other wasn't.

Monahan had one of his best games in a while, he looked much more dangerous tonight than any game during his point streak. Gaudreau was not his usual self, hopefully there's no long-term effects after yesterday's rough game.

The Flames have been looking more and more like the 14-15 Flames recently as well. Lots of stretch passes and losing their structure in the defensive zone. Way too many breakdowns tonight. The two Donskoi goals were examples of what happens when you stop playing hard. Everyone gets lost, and the bad guys beat you to the puck.

I'm expecting a much better effort against Vancouver;
