If the Flames got a chance to work with the PP in the 3rd given how productive it's been maybe they could've legitimately made a game out of it. 3 straight Sharks PPs after the Bennett goal made sure the Flames weren't going to generate momentum or spend any time in the offensive end.
Maybe the calls were legitimate to some eyes, maybe they were a bit phantom-y in nature. But if you're gonna call it like that at a crucial point in the game, then call it both ways why don't you?
