Otherwise NE has owned the AFCE, Denver has owned the AFCW, Indy has owned the AFCS, Green Bay has owned the NFCN and Seattle has owned the NFCW. Well run teams in divisions with inept run teams. No shocker they've cruised for the most part. NFL parity is kind of overhyped when you really break it down. It's just "parity" happens when you have single elimination playoffs. Imagine if the NFL had best of 3 series. New England might be working on 12 straight Super Bowls.

Has any division in football over that span (since the Patriots were good) put less teams in the playoffs than the AFC East? Buffalo has made the playoffs zero times, Jets had a couple of seasons with Rex Ryan, and Miami has been in the playoffs once since 2002. Probably not going to find a worse division over the last decade+. Also my post was more a response to the poster who said they won 5 in a row against tough competition to which I showed they have had an easy schedule this season.
