Interestingly, the NDP are starting to do one of the two things that would actually materially affect the carbon emission totals from Alberta in the next decade - drive out a material number of people out of the province. The other would be to pull a 12 Monkeys eco-terrorist maneuver. I look forward to the start of NDP death panels in 2017.
