I decided to look at his stats, because according to a number of people on this forum he must be playing 5 minutes a game and be a -20 or something. I see that he's played in every game so far and averaging over 15 minutes/game and while, yes, his point totals aren't great, he is only a -3 on the season.
Vey stat line is 4 games played at 11 minutes per and a -2.
I think I'll take a shot with the 600+ goal scorer if choosing between those two. |
No one is saying he's the worst player in the NHL. Iginla is an againg vet whose best years are behind him. Fans will be disappointed when they get to see how much of his game is gone. It will be like a bad nightmare seeing him on the 4th line.
