That building is purely a real estate invetsment for its Japanese ownership group. Not sure about the Hyatt either, I've never heard or seen a team stay there....but that doesn't mean it hasn't happened.

When the Oilers were in Calgary for pre-season one of the players asked where the team was staying and the Team Services Coordinator joked that we were staying at the Delta Bow Valley.
