How do you know they're paid at least minimum wage? If they get one delivery an hour that's $3.50 an hour.

Edit: and unemployment rate is very high, you make it seem like getting another job is easy peasy. "If you don't like your low paying job, get another low paying job" great advice. And someone will always have to deliver pizzas so your suggestion doesn't solve anything.

People can just be normal functioning humans and tip their delivery driver.
