I think the major factor in that decision is the fact that typically the price of delivery is already factored in and you're paying a delivery charge.

Really though, I just want to make my decision based on the available facts. I just want someone to come to my door with food and transaction complete.

You can have this food for the agreed upon price, the driver is paid and tipped and whatnot and thats it.
