Trust me that's just the newbies at co-op that got their first job, after a couple weeks you don't really care anymore about the 'rules' about not accepting tips.
So situation came up the other night, I usually tack on 10% for the delivery guy with a $5 min. so usually its $36 or so for 2 pizzas, and he gets an extra $5.(I use credit for everything so I never worry about rounding to the nearest $) The other night I ordered India food off skip the dishes, total for the 4 of us was just under $100 so tip would be $10, right. My buddy brought up why does that guy get $10 for doing the exact same job as the guy delivering 2 pizzas (2 boxes vs large brown bag to deliver). Made me rethink, so maybe it should just be a flat $5 delivery tip rather than %. (obviously larger tip if you are getting 20 pizzas or something but 2vs4 boxes is no difference)
