Sharp shoots R and can play LW/RW. He has 3 cup rings, an Olympic gold medal and 8 20+ goal seasons of which he scored 30+ goals 4 times.
He has a slightly larger cap hit than Iginla, analytics suggest he is a far better 2 way player, but is less durable and gritty than Iginla. Both are the same height, though Iginla has about 15 lbs on Sharp. Sharp is about 5 years younger.
Both players are UFA after this season.

Taking numbers and aquisition cost out of it, I would probably pick Sharp over Iggy.
