But it's true! Back in his half season in 2012-13, Iginla put up 23 points in 28 games with the Penguins, despite being utilized most often at left wing or on the left point on the powerplay. Iginla was a really effective player in Pittsburgh, and with Malkin, Neal, and Crosby all injured down the stretch that season, he was probably their best player.
I'm not sure why FlamesFan68 brought Iggy's Pittsburgh stint up when the Iggy of today and the Iggy of 2013 are such different players. However, the fact of the matter is that Iginla was a fantastic player with the Penguins (and with Boston, for that matter).
