Park Point, is also on 2 St, between 12th & 11th ave. Qualex is the builder, who are behind a number of condo's.

Park Point will have 2 towers (currently being built) and has not had any issues to my knowledge. Qualex tends to be pretty straight forward.
The Park building (south side of Memorial Park) is the one I believe he was making reference to. It was a quiet project throughout and your pretty standard highrise. The upper units look impressive with huge balconies.
