Iginla coming home and winning the Stanley Cup is a storybook ending.

Those of you voting no, I just don't know why or when you lost that romantic touch to your fandom. Perhaps it's just the way things are these days. We're all too busy looking at contract status, being conservative for the future of our team, over/undervaluing a player based on a stat line, declining or not...perhaps there's just no room for a bit of romanticized fandom in what has become modern fandom. I'm very much the same, but not when it comes to Iggy. It would be too great of a story.

...Iggy wearing the Flaming C and raising the cup would be absolutely beautiful. I'd cry tears of joy.
