Here is some of my Monday Morning quarterbacking thoughts.
Back in July it would be reasonable to think that we'd get off to a slow start.
New unproven coach trying to establish a new system.
Two of our star players coming in with new big contracts and would miss part of our camp. With that it became even worse with one of them being injured and the other a hold out.
This we all knew and should have taken it into account when predicting our season. That's not to say that I wasn't frustrated as well as it looked like our season was done before it got off the ground as I never thought it would be this bad of a start or at least I was hopeful. Needless to say the patience is paying off as we now look like a fine team with a great future. Now all it needs is for Brodie to get into the plus column.
