The basics but if you want an all in 1 HDMI solution with crisp graphics you can't go wrong with Pi.
I ordered this the other day to make a retropie. My understanding is for the Raspberry PI 3 you dont even need a bt adapter..it has built in bluetooth, you just need to enable it/
