Exactly. So I make the same amount of money as bertha who has no skills with her mouth, but got the job cause she'd take her pants off and lay there. If I'm going to prostitute myself, I demand a high price... I'm no toothless Bertha and I shouldn't be paid like one. It might be my first night on the job, but I should make more money than 9/10ths of the women out there... you can't tell me we're all going to make the same.
Just as an example. I'm not a prostitute, but if I were, I'd cost a lot. Much more than the lowest common denomenator, hence, no union.
