The "outsider" and "drain the swamp" angle was the biggest part of his campaign and the reason a lot of people voted for him.
When you vote for a con man and get conned, you have nobody to blame but yourself, but this is exactly the opposite of what he said he was going to do.

Tax dollars kept those jobs in Indiana. Period. It wasn't Trump's magical ability to make deals and his smooth talk that kept them there.
As for making Obama look like an idiot, the longer Trump is in the White House, the smarter Obama will look. Everyone is going to realize that soon enough.
