Looking at the last few games, this team is night and day from what they looked like early in the season, and that's very encouraging. They appear to be finally buying in to Gulutzan's system and despite some hiccups on the road trip, it's working. The PP still needs a lot of work, but it did look much better last night with Gaudreau in the lineup, and was rewarded with 2 goals as a result. If they can keep steadily improving in those areas that need work, these guys will be a very tough team to play against.

8 different goal scorers last night, which was really impressive. Splitting up Johnny and Mony might be the best move they've made, as it now creates a more balanced attack with 3 legit scoring lines instead of putting all our eggs in one basket. I like it, and I really hope Gulutzan sticks with it. At least for the next few games.
