Except the fact that it's typically a group of the same teams in the Patriots, Broncos, Chiefs, Steelers, Seahawks, Packers, Colts, Bengals, etc. making the playoffs every season with a team or two switching in and out like the Cardinals, Cowboys, Eagles, etc so I don't see the mediocrity at all. Bucs drafted a good QB. They will be at least a decent team in the coming future so I don't think there is shame to losing to them especially the Chargers that are your definition of mediocre.
