I think the term he used it isn't offensive as it wasn't used on an individual or a handicapped person. It seems like many people do not understand what ###### or ######ed means. It had it's meaning long before some people started using it to describe a handicapped person.

Totally fair IMO in regards to using it towards a team. Some people need to lay off on being offended about every little thing. I won't name names but some posters hear continue to embarrass themselves repeatedly with their excitement.
