It's all about lifestyle changes that you can live with. All I've done is cut down on portions, and increased exercise.

This is about the smartest diet tip I've heard in a while, and one that I live by as well. Like you, I eat fast food on occasion, and it is not as bad as many here are saying. The trend nowadays is to chastize all who eat this unholy McFood, and I hate that. Eating "healthy" like at Subway et al is a complete crock, as there is just as much fat in a regular Sub as a meal at McDonalds (assuming you add sause to your sub). most food is not great for you, no matter where you go, becasue almost all of it is highly preserved and loaded with fillers and nitrates. That said, none of it is as bad as SOME people will tell you.
The best way to get healthy is to watch you're calorie intake (regardless of what you are eating), and to exercise. Everything in Moderation!
Good for you Ken, I admire that you didn't hesitate come out and admit McDoinalds as a part of you're diet, especially with all of the other
know-it-alls on this board potentially salivating at the chance to flame you fore what you said!!
