It's really quite simple. If I have a Big Mac meal for lunch (about 1100 calories) then I make sure I do it on a day when I am walking home (1 hour) as well as I can only have a very light dinner.
And I only do it once a week.
It's all about lifestyle changes that you can live with. All I've done is cut down on portions, and increased exercise.
