I don't know... I am kind of mixed on the subject. I definately was not one of the girls, but I really don't see a problem with it. I don't think any girl was coerced into doing it, and if they want to be skanks, well, it's up to them.
It's freedom of expression and I'm sure the girls doing it liked the attention or else they wouldn't be doing it and the guys around obviously enjoyed it too.
Hey man, look at things like Woodstock too, rather than just Spring Break or Mardi Gras. People were completely nude there just wondering around. Some might even say it's artistic...
