He's a concern to me right now. I feel as if his progression has been stunted a bit... for now. As a player who was (for some time) ranked to go #1 overall, I can't help but notice that he's essentially another Matt Stajan on this team. I still love the pick of Bennett. I just really want to see him paired consistently with some skilled linemates for more than 2-3 games to see if he can open up that talent a bit more.
EDIT: When drafted, Bennett's game was suppose to be similar to Tkachuk's if I remember correctly. Bang around and go hard to the net.

His physicality and aggression took a step back for a while after he got benched, but it is starting to emerge again.
Offensively, hell get there. Having better linemates would definitely help, but its close.
I think for him, it will all just suddenly come together at some point. The passion is there. The talent is there.
One day it will all fall into place and he will be off to the races.
