Yeah, its dumb wherever it happens, cuz the women are just doing it for the attention, and the guys...well, if you're THAT desperate to see some boobs, then you're pathetic.
It's not just at the Red Mile or the Copper Kilometer, but its an annual occurance at Mardi Gras celebrations throughout the US (obviously in Louisiana it's the biggest), and in South Beach during Spring Break. I live in SJ, and we're far from Louisiana geographically speaking, but even then, in Feb, during Mardi Gras, its boobs galore...
A part of me wonders why we dont make men flash their sexy abs or something. haha Im TOTALLY kidding.
